（中央社記者呂欣憓台北23日電）中共上海市委常委、統戰部部長沙海林今天在雙城論壇專題演講時提到九二共識，總統府表示，真正有意義交流不需要有前提，這樣才能真正增進彼此了解。
台北上海雙城論壇今天在台北登場，上海市長代表沙海林會中提到九二共識，認為過去8年因兩岸堅持九二共識，得到和平發展。
對於雙城論壇的舉行，總統府發言人黃重諺今天傍晚表示，兩岸之間應該多交流，當然也包括城市交流；他指出，只要有助於雙方互相了解都是好事，這也是民進黨執政縣市行之有年的常態，至於其他細節，尊重台北市政府的安排。
